3. COMMISSION RATE: We currently offer 1.25% plus VAT, no sale, no charge based on a 4 month contract. Subject to a minimum fee of £1300 plus VAT

4. ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE: This is a legal requirement, which can be arranged through our office at a charge of £78 inclusive of VAT.
